I am in the same boat and I feel th...Hang in there! I am in the same boat and I feel the SAME way! If you look at my last couple Wednesday blogs, I always put the goal of going to the gym on it. I also have very little time and the little time I do have, I'd rather lay on the couch or take a nap. I always feel tired to, yet I also know that I would feel much better if I worked out. <br /><br />Instead of saying "I'm going to go to the gym every day this week" I've started with smaller goals, "I'm going to make it to the gm once this week". I figured if I am more realistic then maybe I can get myself back into liking working out! <br /><br />Ill let you in on a little secret.....My real excuse is I want to go to a group class, and the gym's website is down and I can't see the schedule.
